The trees show their fall colors on the Sugar Hill overlook along the Kancamagus Highway in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Part of my New England series, I enhanced this photograph using artistic filters to give it a unique, painterly appearance.

A photographer from the seacoast region of New Hampshire, USA, my works focus on seascapes, landscapes, and architecture. New England provides a wide variety of engaging subjects - seashore, mountains, forests, cities, and small towns offer great opportunities for capturing beautiful photographs. I often use artistic filters on many of my images to give them a painterly look. I also use High Dynamic Range (HDR) techniques to uncover and preserve rich details.
