Description
The tugboat Independence is docked at its berth on the Cape Cod Canal. The Massachusetts Maritime Academy campus is in the background. I applied a black & white filter to all parts of this composition except for the water and tugboat. An artistic filter was then applied to give it a painterly appearance.
