Description

Mountains loom over the tidal Saquenay River on its way to the Saint Lawrence. This is one of the only true fjords in North America. The Parc National du Fjord-du-Saguenay provides numerous vantage points and outdoor adventures.

Part of my Quebec series, I enhanced this photograph using artistic filters to give it a unique, painterly appearance.
